The stage title went to the American Jager Eatonwho with a perfect lap at the last attempt, scored 93 points and secured the championship.

Despite being without first place, Brazil brought two skaters to the podium. Akio, with 92 points, finished the final in second place. Pedro Barros, who achieved a score of 90 the first time he hit the track, took the bronze. The men’s final of the Skate Park World Championship began with the Brazilians standing out from the first lap of the competitors. Pedro Barros overshadowed the strong performance of American Tom Schaar, who scored 87.79, and won 90 points from the judges, already taking the top eight finalists. At the end of the heat, Augusto Akio, Japinha, also didn’t do it for less. He reached 88.06 and has already secured the second best score.

The good performance of the Brazilians inspired the contestants and the bar was raised in the second series of performances. Jager Eaton got 89 runs and Kieran Wooley was even more efficient securing 89.50 and sticking with Pedro Barros. But still missing the new performance of Japinha, who has once again surpassed himself. With a loose and creative performance, he scored 92 points and started to take first place in the contest.

But what looked like a Brazilian party began to be threatened by the performance of American Jagger Eaton, who reached 93 points and took the lead. Barros ended up slipping, lost his chance to get back to first and got the third best grade. With the possibility of fighting for the gold, Japinha went in for the last lap, but also made a mistake in the maneuver. Despite the failure, he secured silver and, together with Barros, completed the podium in the United Arab Emirates.
