The meaning of the first scene after the concert of “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania”
In the first post credits scene of ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ we can see three of the most powerful variants of Kang the Conquered (here are 6 of the ones we could see in the future of the MCU).
One is Rama-Tut (one of the older versions of evil), the other is Immortus, who is extremely powerful, and the third appears to be the Scarlet Centurion, a galactic conqueror.
They discuss the problem that Kang’s version of the Quantum Realm has been destroyed by someone outside of them, as it was one of the most powerful.
This means that there are already other people (mainly the Avengers) interfering in the multiverse, which is an immediate danger to his empire.
They say they need to act fast on this, so they convene the Kang Council, the organization where all versions of this multiverse evil meet.
In that sense, this post-credits scene from “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” officially paints the way to “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty,” a 2025 movie.
The meaning of the post credits scene of ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’
In the second scene of “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” after the concert, you can see a 20th century version of Kang.
This is Victor Timely, one of the most powerful Kang variants in the multiverse who decided to travel back in time to invent all kinds of technological advances.
Many of the technological tools used by the Avengers are believed to come from him, so his removal could prove disastrous for the multiverse.
After seeing one of Victor Timely’s presentations, Loki and Morbius appear, discussing the appearance and powers of evil.
In that sense, it is possible that this post-credits scene is a preview of what we will see in “Loki” season 2, which could be directly connected to the events that happened in “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania”.
