Tomorrow Belongs to Us: ‘Soizic is here to revive Francoise’ … Charlie Noone reveals his arrival to the series

A newcomer to Tomorrow’s World Belongs to Us, actor Charlie Nune gave an amazing performance as Soizik Vernet, a new doctor at St. Clair Hospital who just days ago gave birth to Roxanne’s daughter and Sarah.

With no tongue in his pocket, this new character promises to spark the hospital. But not only, because Soizic is also the ex-girlfriend of François Lehaut, played by Emmanuelle Moir, and the mother of Adam (Alain Le Bars). Does Charlie have anything to worry about?

Well known to fans of Plus belle la vie, the series in which he played Eva Tresser, Charlie Nune told us that he will be arriving tomorrow and told us a little more about what the future holds for his character. episodes.

AlloCiné: What did you like about the character of Soizic Vernet?

Charlie Noon: Soizic is like me in some ways. Qualities that I like to emphasize, such as sincerity, monetary side. He and I both have the same awkwardness about putting our feet in the pot (laughs). I find these to be very disturbing character traits.

After that, Soizic has something that I don’t have in my life at all, which is that he almost counts, because he comes to pick up Francoise, his ex, and therefore ruins his relationship. Something that I am not at least once in my life (laughs).

You have already experienced the daily series with Plus belle la vie. Have you been hesitant to go on a daily adventure?

Not at all. I was very happy.

What can you tell us about the arrival of Soizic?

He says that he comes to be closer to his son, but he is also closer to his ex. Together with Emmanuel Moir, we told each other that Francois and Soizic broke up because it was a big headache.

In fact, he is a little disgusted that his son chose to live with his father. He says that it was better for him to open up to people, but in fact his son went to live with his father because his mother was worried. So she follows him around a bit because letting go of her son is too hard for her.

But, really, I think there’s also an ego question in all of this. He is hurt and wants his friend back.

So we can expect tension between Charlie (Clemens Lassalas) and Soizic?

Yes. These are the best scenes to play (laughs). It works so well because Charlie has such a strong and bubbly personality. Our characters are very close and this allows for extremely heavy scenes with very good shots and little hits. We enjoy playing Clemens. This is what we like the most.

Did he immediately fall in line with Emmanuel Moir, Alain Le Barre and Clemens Lassalas?

Immediately! I arrived in the afternoon, and in the evening they all came to drink with me, even though they had been shooting all day. They were very welcoming. Moreover, the entire team is very welcoming. I met such a team for the first time.

For now, everything is fine between Francois and Charlie. Will the arrival of Soizic awaken feelings in François?

You should ask Emmanuel a question. I don’t know (laughs).

Tomorrow Belongs To Us characters are always hiding secrets or gray areas. Is it the same with Soizic?

Of course (laughs). This is what drives the deeper side of the character, but we don’t discover it right away, otherwise there is no more mystery.

Apart from the family intrigues, what can you tell us about Soizic’s arrival at the hospital?

He is explosive. You can’t miss it (laughs). All the relationships he has with people who are already there are very influential. Let’s put it this way (laughs). It’s not bad, but it just doesn’t have filters.

Are there doctors you can befriend? Victoria (Solen Hebert) For example ?

Not necessarily a win exactly (laughs). This is probably the only one that gets complicated very quickly. Two blondes together in the same room, it’s okay (laughs). At this point, it’s mostly a flurry of interactions between them.

Did you know some of the cast of Tomorrow belongs to us before you join the adventure?

Yes, a few. Especially Camille de Pacis and Alexandre Varga, because we shot La vie est à nous together a few years ago. Dunya Koesen too. Together with Dounia, we are called Tic et Tac. We are very close. We see each other a lot outside. There are also many from the technical team that I used to know.

Have you ever shared footage with them?

I have scenes with Alexander, but I haven’t filmed with Dunya yet. Of course, I would love to, but as you know, we have pretty limited visibility into future episodes. So we’ll see.

And we probably won’t have any scenes with Camille because I’m in the hospital world, and she’s in a high school setting. I think we have a little scene in common, but that’s about it.

Is Soizic a character destined to be a long-term fixture?

Yes. Now that I’m here, I don’t move anymore (laughs). Anyway, as long as they want me to stay. I am very happy to be here. I really like this pace of filming. In general, I really like people. There are so many people there. It is a big family. This is a great summer camp. Honestly, we’re having a blast.

It’s a lot of work though, make no mistake. It’s always hard work, even when we’re not filming. We see each other before, we see each other after, we see each other during. There are always rehearsals. There are coaches, coaches. There is a lot of work. But I really like this pace of work. If you want to do quality work, you have to work. There is no secret.

You mentioned Life is Us, the sequel Life is ahead of us which was broadcast on TF1 in 2009 and in which you had Camille de Patsis and Alexander Varga as partners. What memories do you have of this adventure and Kelly’s character?

It’s a very good memory. This was the first experience. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t realize at the time how lucky I was. I wasn’t good enough at that moment to say to myself, “I’m lucky.” First of all, I told myself that I wanted to make films. And when they did the reflection, I couldn’t understand. It was then that I told myself that I hadn’t enjoyed it enough.

As for Kelly, she was one of the first lesbians on French television. I like it because I’m often offered characters I haven’t seen yet. Maybe because I don’t have a taboo to play all types of characters. I am not afraid to go there. I think the public knows it and the channels know it too.

Your former game partners sometimes mention the possible return of life before us. Do you think it can be done?

I’m sure it will be a hit when it comes back. It would work like hell. Besides, I hope they do something like this again, with or without us. We are often told about this series, it clearly marked the community.
