Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Wednesday March 8, 2023 Episode Summary [SPOILERS]

MÉLISSA complaint

In the morning, Melissa meets James and gives him an envelope with part of the requested amount. Unfortunately, the latter has no intention of removing the video until he receives the full amount. Since he can’t afford the rest at the moment, James offers him other high-paying shoots. which he refuses. He doesn’t trust her, wants Melissa’s money back and threatens to go to the police. in vain James then reminds her that he knows her address and threatens to show up with her friends anytime.

Distraught, Melissa goes home and calls Ines to tell her what happened. Although shocked, Mo’s daughter advises him to go to the police. Only Melissa is afraid that James will attack her. That’s why he asks Ines to welcome him home. Of course he accepts.

Later, Ines and Melissa join Moe, who gives him an envelope to pay the owner of 101. A grateful Melissa warmly thanks him. While Ines worries about returning the money to the safe, Mo takes the opportunity to speak with the young woman.

After telling him his story, Mo encourages him to fight without waiting. Only, Melissa doesn’t think it’ll do much good since she signed the contract and did nothing to protect herself. Moe then explains to her that her attackers knew this and that they chose her for it. He said she was the perfect target for the trap given her vulnerable state.

While Melissa berates herself for not reacting, Mo says she couldn’t because she was surprised. A classic survival mechanism. Moe then claims and explains that she was a rape victim. A tearful Melissa repeats that she is the victim and that they are the aggressors.

Thanks to Mo’s support, Melissa goes to the police station and files a complaint. He then grabs her courage with both hands and then tells Aya that the attackers gave her alcohol to relieve her stress. Although she signed a contract that she did not read, Melissa claims that what happened to her was not what she expected. There were four people in total. One was taking it when the other three arrived. Paralyzed Melissa could not move. Faced with his tears, Aya apologizes to him and clarifies that she didn’t mean to rush him. However, the policeman wants to warn him that from the moment he signs the contract and receives the money, the investigation will take time. Despite everything, he vows to do everything he can to bring the complaint to an end.

Later in the day, Aya talks to Alex about Melissa’s affair. After watching the video, he claims that he experienced a real ordeal. According to Alex, the people who make these types of videos have a well-developed system and unfortunately, there is nothing they can do about it. Only Aya is not going to sit idle.

A few steps away, Melissa reads the comments under her video and bursts into tears.

Margot tries to help Tom

At the LG’s office, Claudine tells Tom that she didn’t follow the terms of the contract the magistrate gave her. Therefore, his attempted theft is considered a repeat offense by the court. Therefore, the teenager faces imprisonment. Fortunately, Claudine agrees to defend him and plans to ask Judge Alphand to consider his marital status.

In turn, Gary visits Emma Lopez, Tom’s sister. After apologizing to her for Tom’s behavior, the young woman assures Gary that her little brother is not to blame. Left alone to care for him, she asks him to withdraw his complaint to avoid going to a closed center. Although he is not the owner of the camp, Gary promises to see what he can do.

Disturbed by this news, he enlists Akim’s help in intervening with the judge to get Tom’s sentence commuted. Unfortunately, the police can’t do anything.

During this time, Margot was also touched by Tom’s story and suggested that Claudine correct the sentence. Indeed, he believes he could do community service at the Ludo and Noem Equitherapy Center. Since Claudine thinks the idea is great, Margot tells her sister about her proposal.

At the same time, Tom receives a call from Jonas. He then tells her that he was caught by the police and is going before a judge the very next day. As soon as Jonas points out that going to jail won’t do him any good, he hangs up.
