To compare Sex/Life to a novel, the series would support the Harlequin collection. A romantic plot, explicit scenes… that’s what made this fiction by real-life couple Adam Demos and Sarah Shah a success.

Less scary than Season 1, the sequel focuses more on the plight of the characters, who meet and get married in the final episode. In a last-minute surprise, we also learn that Bill is expecting a child.

He didn’t win because the characters spend most of season 2 apart. Consequently, Adam Demos – who made a strong impression in the first season, and not just with his acting prowess – is underrepresented.

In the rest of the interview, Adam Demos revisits the scene from season one that set the internet on fire. The actress appears naked, leaving a good portion of the public – mostly women – speechless. “It was interesting because I didn’t think it would reach such proportions“, he explains.
