Miley Cyrus keeps buying her flowers! The artist is about to release her new album, titled “Endless Summer Vacation”, and is preparing several surprises for her fans.
Celebrating the success of “Flowers” – which topped music charts and broke digital play records, such as 300 million streams on Spotify in its first 20 days – the artist announced that the track “River” will be the second single from disco and will arrive on streaming platforms next Friday (10), entitled to a music video. All this on the same date that the full album arrives, as well as a special for Disney +.
“Endless Summer Vacation” will be the artist’s eighth studio album, being a watershed between Miley’s relationship with previous record companies. Discover the songs of the album:
Cyrus has a history of success and controversy that built the image of the artist she has become. This internal (and external) battle is evident in the media since the final stretch of the youth series “Hannah Montana”, which marked the singer’s adolescence and early adulthood.
Miley Cyrus x Disney: no hard feelings
Since the final stage of “Hannah Montana,” Cyrus has revealed that she has been under tremendous pressure from the company to fulfill the agenda and continue acting as the “pop-star,” a character in which she did not confirm the artist’s thinking. She also pointed out that one of her biggest difficulties was to satisfy the schedule of her as herself and her alter ego “Hannah Montana”, who left television directly for the world tour.
Recently – more than ten years after her contract with Disney ended – the artist returned to the place that launched her in the musical universe, with the special “Miley Cyrus – Endless Summer Vacation (Backyard Sessions)”, exclusive to the Disney+ platform. In the documentary, Miley will perform songs from her new album and other surprises, including the single “The Climb”, released by Disney in the film “Hannah Montana: The Movie”.
