5- His mother was an actress

Romi Schneider’s mother, Magda Schneider, is a German dancer and singer who first appeared in cinema in the 1930s and who experienced the golden age of her career in the 1930s in Germany for Max Ophes (love story) or film. Anatoly Litvak (Night Song).

In 1938 he gave birth to Rosemary Magdalena Albach, the future Rome Schneider. Close to the regime of the Third Reich, Magda was a sympathizer of the Nazis, a past that bothered Rome in her life and roles.

It was Magda who first discovered the role of Rome in the film Lilas Blancs (1953) when she was only 15 years old. He plays his mother’s daughter there. After several roles in the romantic films Heimatfilm (rural films) or Princess (Queen’s young years) romantic films, a mother and daughter play Sisi (1955) pushing towards the stars of Rome. A role that pushes him to leave Germany and move away from his mother.

4- Sis, the role of absorption

In Sisi, Rome Schneider plays the daughter of the Duke of Bavaria Maximilian and the Duchess Ludovica, who falls madly in love with the Emperor François-Joseph Diet Franz. The first film was an incredible success, and it was followed by two more films: Empress Sisi (1956) and Sisi Face to Face (1957). 2- Five films with Claude Soute

In 1970, Claude Saute met Rome in incredible circumstances, which he said on television. 1978 :

“I knew she was in sync in the Boulogne-Billancourt studio and I could not find her. Then I see a little man coming out of the bar with glasses talking to another woman and I say, ‘But who is this woman, that’s. He’s very much alive. ”And that was Rom Schneider. (…) This immediately made me want to shoot with him (…) “.

They worked together five times, Les Choses de la vie (1970), Max et les ferrailleurs (1971), César et Rosalie (1972), Mado (1976) and Une histoire simple (1978). 1- Twice Caesar
