Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Friday, March 31, 2023 [SPOILERS]

Warning, the following paragraphs contain spoilers for the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil that airs tomorrow night on France 2! If you don’t want to understand anything, don’t read!

Thursday, March 30, 2023, on such a big sun…

Manu confessed the truth to his superiors

Arriving at the police station, Manu meets Treson, who gives him 24 hours to return the hard drive containing the video we see of him appearing on set. In return, he promises to save the video of his little mistake and not file a complaint.

Back in his office, Manu doesn’t really have time to settle in when Alex asks if he’s going to tell Becker the truth. Since he hadn’t planned to do this, Alex loses his temper and tries to change his mind, but to no avail.

After a while, Manu joins Aya and informs her that Treson is blackmailing her because they were caught on surveillance cameras. Although we don’t recognize her in the video, Aya informs her that they now have to talk to Becker about it. When Manu apologizes for putting her in this situation, Aya replies that she doesn’t care and then assures him of her support.

In turn, Mo managed to convince the principal to allow Enzo and Ines to practice prevention at the high school under the supervision of the association.

A few steps away, Manu calls Eva, who offers to go to a restaurant for dinner tonight. However, Manu refuses on the pretext that he has a lot of work. Knowing full well that he’s not doing well because of the investigation into Melissa’s murder, Eva urges him to change his mind, but Manu advises him to stop shrinking. It hurts, Eva ends the conversation.

At the same time, Cecile scolds Kristoff, telling him that they might have found something to turn Tresson on. While he tries to figure out what they have against him, Cecile reminds him that she is bound by professional secrecy. He is wrong, for all that it might reopen the investigation. Horrified by the whole story, Kristoff can’t stand the idea that such a scoundrel could get away with it.

In the process, Cecil gets a call from Manu who wants to meet her. A few hours later, Captain Leon tells Cecil and Becker that he made a mistake.

Annoyed, Judge Alfandi accuses him of disrupting an investigation into a man suspected of broadcasting and ordering gang rapes on a pornographic website. And the master added that if the video of his mistake was made public, the case would be at risk of being finally buried. If it was up to him, Manu’s career would be over…

Elisabed gets help from Evan

In the morning, Evan got a call from Elizabeth. Even if he is interested in the project of his private clinic, the businessman does not want to risk alone. Therefore, they will have to find other investors. To do this, they review the entire file to convince them. When she asks him for a business plan and a feasibility study with supporting quotes, Evan points out that all of this takes time, but above all money, which he doesn’t have. Elizabeth then specifies that OCI will give her €10,000. Happy, Evan thanks him.

Later, Evan breaks the good news to Allen. As he is stressed out about not being able to compile the file, Allen advises him to get someone to help him. And he says that he is sure that Elizabeth will be happy to reach out to him. Although Evan fears that he does not have strong enough shoulders to carry out this project, Allen replies that his partner never fails in business.

Lewis and Robin are attacked

Louis tells Robin that he has found an isolated plot of land 20 minutes from Montpellier to host the party. Therefore, two teenagers meet in the evening to go scouting.

Meanwhile, Mark shows his new photos to Alix. Fascinated by the clichés, she offers him to exhibit his photos in her gallery next month.

Not far from there, Louis and Robin arrive at the land they spotted. When adults decide to go home, they get lost along the way. As night falls, they drive to a road blocked off by a “Private Property” sign. Unable to find their way home, Louis begins to joke and then imagines a scenario involving their disappearance. While Robin is taking the scene, a car pulls into their path. If Robin is initially relieved, he is quickly disappointed when one of the two men on board demands that he hand over the phone. After she is slow to react, the man violently grabs her from her arms before punching her in the face and ordering them to leave.

Afterward, Robin and Louis head to the hospital, where Evan is tending to his injured son at the arch. Louis then tells him what happened and Evan writes a medical note so he can file a claim. If the man who hit her owns the land, the police will find him.
