The event will return to the official selection of the director for the first time since the presentation of the film After Hours in 1986.The film will be screened in Cannes on May 20, 2023.

As we reported earlier this week, Martin Scorsese’s new film is streaming on Apple TV+, but it will also enjoy a theatrical release in both the US and France. Paramount is indeed partnering with Apple to distribute this event film to theaters. In France, the chosen date is October 18.
