This Friday (31), in Terra de Areia, on the northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul, the body of Anildo da Silva, a 60-year-old rural producer, was found who had been missing since Wednesday (29).
The Civil Police arrested the victim’s wife and brother-in-law red-handed for concealing a body. Those arrested have not released their names and are also suspected of killing Anildo. The investigations began on the same day that a brother of the victim went to the police station and recorded the incident.
At the victim’s residence, police found a bloodstained watch and a damaged telephone. Monitoring camera footage showed the wife removing a couch and burning it. Anildo’s body was found buried near a chicken coop.
The military fire brigade of Terra de Areia and the military brigade provided support to the action of the PC.
