AlloCiné: Bart has experienced many dramatic events in Tomorrow since the beginning of the year: the exile of Flora, his arrest during the conspiracy to kill Leah Kursel, and now the tragic death of Louise. It’s horrible for him, but for you as an actor, the game has to be perfect, right?
Hector Langevin : of course. It’s nice to have screenwriters and producers who are so very trusting. All this, the game, is very trying, very difficult and at the same time very interesting. It’s really a testament to their confidence. So for me, yes, the game was a joy, but for Bart it’s harder.
Apparently the writers have been going to Valortas since the day the series started. Do you hope this will finally calm Bart down?
If you had to answer Bart, he would definitely say yes (laughs). He will be happy to calm everything down! But I love playing things like that. This is what I dreamed of since childhood: playing with emotions. And there at this moment I am serving. So if they continue to offer this kind of intrigue to the rest of the series, I will be happy.
But on the other hand, it would be good for Bart to be a little calmer. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.
How did you react when the authors told you what Bart and Louise were preparing for this “red wedding” arch?
I was pleasantly surprised. Because, once again, I want to defend the script and the series. And such a conspiracy, in a daily series like Tomorrow, to which we belong, is blessed bread. It forces people to react. For better or for worse, of course. But all the arches that will follow Lewis’s death will only get stronger. This leaves the field of opportunity completely open.
Was it hardest to say goodbye to Alexander Naum, with whom you were on tour for a year and a half?
The hardest part was saying goodbye to Louise. On the other hand, I just told Alexandra “See you soon” because I’m sure we will meet on other projects very soon. If life forces us to meet professionally tomorrow belongs to us, I am sure there will be other occasions after that.
How will Bart cope with the shock of his wife’s death?
Bart will be able to rely on Sarah (Camille Genau) and Roxanne (Raphael Volcoff), who will be by his side, picking him up under his wing to protect him and trying to lift himself above the water. And Anna (Maud Becker) will obviously be by her side. His role as a reductionist will greatly help him overcome this ordeal and get back on track.
Bart will also have to say goodbye to Matilda, who is going to live in Greece with Aurelius and Gary. What will be the reaction?
It will be very difficult, but at the same time he understands the situation. First of all, he wants Matilda and Aurelien to be happy. I saw the scene and I remember the shooting well: what matters to Bart is the siblings being together. And no matter what happens, he will always be by their side. There will always be this connection between them and I find it very beautiful.
A rather strong funeral scene awaits us on Friday. Do you confirm?
Yes, I confirm. I look forward to seeing what this scene offers because, once again, I have not seen it. Because I watched the last series live. But the funeral went very well and, I hope, was well interpreted, so I look forward to discovering this very beautiful sequence with the public. It is possible that tears will come (laughs). We cried anyway, on the set.
Police suspect Tristan of Louise’s murder. How does Bart react to these allegations and the possible guilt of his boyfriend?
Bart is going to investigate this a little bit. He is not going to get angry. Participating in research, trying to understand, for him it’s a bit random. Because he only wants his wife back. And because he will move into a phase of denial during which he will renounce evil, he will not really understand what is happening to him.
And even when the real killer is found, it will be quite special for him. He is in the phase of giving up on trouble. Everything that has happened now is impossible for him. And even today, whatever I play, I still “want to find my Louisa.”
Will Bart save a spoon?
Yes, now Bart stays with the spoon. Even in this place the memory of Louise may be with him. He will still stay there, for now. And then, I think the writers have a lot of good things planned for us, but I do not know very well everything they are planning.
Bart wanted to have a son with Louise. Despite the grief he is experiencing, can his fatherly desire be rekindled thanks to Sarah and Roxanne? Will he offer them the biological father of a child?
I do not know yet. But Bart will attend Sarah and Roxanne’s children’s project, he will support their children’s desire. At what level will it intervene? I do not know yet. But he will really support and help them. And these two best friends, Bart and Sarah, will become even more inseparable than before. A very nice thing awaits the community about this friendship, which will only be strengthened in the future.

The writers formed a new family around Bart with the Kersals. Will Sarah and Roxanne become, to some extent, the core of her new family?
The Bart family is delusional, don’t forget that. It is still delicatessen, although it was bred by the Valortas. And Bart will be very close to the Delcourt family in the coming months. They are the only ones who matter and only around her, of course, except Sarah and Roxanne.
Earlier this year, Anne Caillon left the series. Obviously, this has to do something for you. Do you hope he will return one day tomorrow to which we belong?
I miss Anna, but Bart misses this flora the most. Because Anna I have the opportunity to see her outside of filming. But yes, of course, the door is always open for language and I think he knows it. Even if no return is planned at this time. As long as we are not dead, tomorrow belongs to us, we can always come back. Hoda, I say this, but the dead are also resurrected (laughs).
What projects do you have in parallel with the TV series? Is something always made musically?
ახYes always. I’m currently in the recording studio, something is being made. Then other projects will be released on TV and on platforms. The filming of most of them is not over, so I can not comment on them. But at the beginning of the school year I will be on France 2 in the episode of the new season of Criminal Tropics.
