Star Wars: The Acolytethe next spin-off series from the Star Wars universe will land on Disney Plus in 2024, Lucasfilm announced during the Star Wars Celebration 2023 event, which will take place this Friday (7) in London.
Announced in 2020, the series The Acolyte is described as a mystery and thriller, exploring the rise of the dark side of the force in the final moments of the High Republic. In the mythology of that universe, this takes place about 50 years before the events of ‘Star Wars – Episode I: The Phantom Menace‘.
