Guino leads the brigade

In the morning, Claire turns the entire living room upside down and looks for her cell phone. Louis, who joins her in the room, immediately finds the object on the coffee table. At the same time, Olivia arrives to share coffee with them before leaving for the Institute. But Claire declares that she is already late and goes to the atelier to supervise the women’s brigade. Triggered by his behavior, Olivia questions Louis. The latter confides that his mother has not been in a normal state for several days. Olivia then thinks it’s because she’s tired.

At the Atelier, Ambre, Hortense, Jasmine and Deva brainstorm instructions for Diane Leary, who wants an elegant yet relaxed menu for her birthday. Then the girls come up with the idea of ​​creating seafood bites.

When Gino joins them in the atelier, the girls present their idea to him, backed by solid arguments in terms of taste and creativity. But the chef clearly lacks enthusiasm. He senses that the team isn’t quite there yet, and then leaves them behind while he goes on a date.

Destabilized by the chef’s words, the girls hesitate about the direction. Amber admits their menu is far from finished, but she’s confident they’re headed in the right direction. He’s going to ignore Gino’s advice and trust himself. All comrades agree with him.

Claire, on the other hand, returns to the institute looking tired and sad. Olivia runs into him and takes the opportunity to ask him how he’s doing since he’s a little out of sorts. Claire claims to be overwhelmed with work. Olivia is going to help him relax one evening. But Claire refuses the proposal.

At the atelier, the girls manage to come up with three suggestions of seafood bites that they are very proud of. They rest until the chef returns. Ambre decides to make a video of their brigade to fully prepare for Miss France’s birthday in 2022, and then post it on social networks.

Gino arrives, surprised that the brigade is not in the kitchen. After tasting their suggestions, the chef declares that everything must be redone because the girls did not follow his advice. The brigade returns to work with reduced motivation. Guinot takes Hortense aside and realizes that she is being hard on them to force them to outdo themselves.

At the same time, Amber receives a message from Daphne, Diane Leary’s press officer. He accuses Amber of ruining the relationship by posting the video on social media. He plans to return to the institute on Friday to check out their menu, but this will be their last chance. If he doesn’t like it, the birthday will be cancelled. Chief Guino then violently attacks the brigade, particularly criticizing their desire to create noise rather than work seriously. He then announces that he will take over as Brigadier General. When Ambre objects to this, Guino replies that she is free to leave him…

Vic should be managed by the commissioner

Antoine calls Vic into his office. In agreement with Teissier, he found a way to test the student’s motivation to prove the legitimacy of his stay at the institute: entrusting him to run the Economat. It requires a lot of work in addition to classes. But the young girl accepts the challenge and promises Miriel that she will not regret it.

David is making progress thanks to Lionel

David is working on sauce with Lionel in the studio. After she takes things lightly, Lionel shakes her. He reminds her that a successful sauce can allow her to distinguish herself and sets an intense work rhythm with no room for error.

Thanks to his teaching, David is the first to complete Chef Armand’s training, who asked him to make a vinaigrette in his first year. It comes to taste it and admits that the result is not bad. She encourages him to continue on this path. However, Solal, on the other hand, does not have the same level yet.

In the student hostel, David is happy that his hard work is paying off. By the way, Lionel is also very proud and congratulates him. Then Solal asks him to coach in his first year, which he gladly accepts.
