‘The Marvels’ Trailer Reveals Ms. Marvel’s Team Of ‘WandaVision’ Characters

With the series about Marvel character Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) appearing in “WandaVision” and the events of “Ms. Marvel,” everything is set for the film in which the heroines will team up with Carol Danvers (Brie Larson ).

‘The Marvels’ movie will be the last to be released in 2023, it is part of Phase 5 of the MCU and is also a sequel to ‘Captain Marvel’ from 2019, although its story will take place today.

Already with the first trailer of the long-awaited movie “The Marvels” it was possible to see a few words about the story, the enemies and how Rambeau and Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani) will meet.

‘The Marvels’: trailer links to characters from ‘WandaVision’ and ‘Ms. Miracle’

After the director of “The Marvels” complained about the female scene in “Avengers: Endgame”, her film promises to be a story of strong and powerful superheroes.

This is evident in the first teaser trailer shared by Marvel Studios, where you can see that the film will be a big ‘crossover’ event that ties into what has been seen in many previous series and films.

The trailer opens with Monica Rambeau in space, working for the SABER agency after being recruited by Nick Fury at the end of ‘WandaVision’.

A strange energy appears in space and when Rambo touches her, her powers to control the energy manifest and cause her to switch places with Kamala Khan.

It is implied that when Rambeau, Kahn, or Carol Danvers use their powers at the same time, their positions are swapped. This is shown when Carol appears in the Khan family’s room after Kamala activates her powers.

This sets them on an adventure together, where Kamala is excited to be an avenger and share time with her favorite superhero. though Rambo and Danvers are more interested in finding out what’s happening to them.

Another thing that was shown in the trailer is the return of the cat-shaped alien named Goose, which is the reason for Nick Fury to lose an eye and wear one.

However, something that has raised questions about the trailer is the timeline the film is set in, as Nick Fury appears in space and then travels to Earth with Rambeau to search for Kamala Khan.

But apparently since the “Secret Invasion” series, Fury hasn’t set foot on Earth in years, and when he returns to face the Skrulls threat, he does so without government support and prosecution.

This means that the movie takes place before “Secret Invasion” but no one found out that Fury visited Earth, or instead “The Marvels” is after the series and Fury managed to defeat the Skrulls and regain control of KNOW.

Finally, a small glimpse of the film’s villain is shown. Played by Zawe Ashton, this foe is of the Kree tribe and apparently has another cosmic bracelet on her arm like Ms. Marvel’s.

Directed by Nia DaCosta, ‘The Marvels’ hits theaters on November 9, following ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3″ which will premiere this 2023.
