Ibovespa falters after three consecutive hikes; It’s worth it

Ibovespa faltered in early talks on Thursday after three consecutive hikes, pushing Vale lower, while corporate news includes first-quarter operational forecasts from construction companies including Cyrela and MRV&Co.

As of 10:07, Ibovespa was down 0.03% to 106,858.02 points, after rising 6% in the previous three trading sessions.

The Ibovespa futures contract with the shortest expiry, on June 14, was up 0.16% to 109,030 points.
