On Thursday, April 27, it all starts here…
Claire says goodbye to the brigade
Olivia asks Louis to talk to Claire to sort things out. To this day, he cannot understand where the burnout of his mother comes from, who has already gone through very stressful professional periods. Olivia points out that this is not only due to the accumulation of work, but also, for example, the lack of recognition.
Louis returns home and meets his mother. He tells her that she’s not a cook, but he quickly cuts the conversation short.
Meanwhile, the girls hear from Daphne: Diane Leir absolutely wants her crew to take care of her birthday menu. The brigade must now manage all its returns to create a menu worthy of the name.
Amber takes advantage of the break to go see Claire and apologize for lying to her. He explains that he wanted to help her regain her confidence and recover from what happened to her father. Claire understands.
Amber returns to the atelier with Claire, who has come to say goodbye to the rest of the girls in person. Hortense was very affected by his departure.
Left to their own devices, the girls start panicking at the mountain of work that awaits them. Deva is willing to ask other students for help, even if it means giving up their concept of a women’s brigade. But Amber disagrees. Fortunately, Clotilda, overhearing their conversation, offers to come after class and help.
Claire, on the other hand, meets Salome in the hallway of the Institute and announces her resignation, unaware that Clotilda overheard their conversation. Salome tries to understand what happened. Claire admits that she is angry with Emmanuelle and Clotilde because the group lost her position as director of the institute. Salome advises him to focus on everything he has brought to the students, including himself.
Claire eventually decides to join the Brigade and Clotilda to work with them. Chef Armand takes the opportunity to take her aside and apologize for firing her as the director. At the time, she resented him for having an affair with Auguste. But she always knew his talent in the kitchen. After regaining some confidence, Claire gets to work…
The date of Judah is incorrect
In the kitchen, working on the Double A menu, Theo and Judy discuss their love lives. Theo heard about Judy’s work as a model and her Instagram fan. He encourages his significant other to accept the date arranged by Billy and Charlene.
So Judy meets Alexander for coffee. She is quite embarrassed by all the compliments about her physique, until she realizes a misunderstanding: Alexander is a professor of plastic arts and has contacted her to hire her as a model.
Back at the institute, Judy tells Billy and Charlene that they were completely wrong about Alexander. Feeling humiliated, Judah forbids them from continuing to interfere in his personal life.
Disappointed that a date between Jude and Alexander didn’t work out, Bill decides to find two other kindred spirits to settle down with. Charlene suspects that he is interested in other people’s relationships to avoid thinking about his own love life. Billy is forced to admit that he felt lonely after breaking up with Tom.
The chemistry between Theo and Anais continues
Theo leads a masterclass in the amphitheater for MA students. It offers them the chance to revisit the Double A steak with shallot sauce, customizing it to the country of their choice. Anais is immediately very inspired by this exercise.
Theo comes to inspect the work. Anais traveled to Buenos Aires, pairing flank steak with chimichurri sauce. Theo admits that he would have had the same idea in his place. He tastes his sauce, which is very good, and suggests adding oregano. Both agree it’s great. In turn, Salome notices their chemistry.
Afterwards, in the cafeteria, Salome teases Anais about the palpable tension she’s noticed between her and Theo. But Anais completely denies this. Salome then asks her what she is going to say if Lysandro asks her to marry him the next day. Here, once again, Anais is convinced that her best friend is wrong.
In turn, Theo admits to Jude that he can’t move. Especially since he knows that Lisandro is going to marry Anais the next day. Judy sympathizes with him and admits that she herself has a hard time with Elliot.
