If Buster and his band have turned the New Moon Theater into a trendy concert hall, it’s time to think bigger: put on a new show at the prestigious Crystal Tower Theater in Redshore City. Alongside his army, Buster will have to make his way through the inhospitable offices of the prestigious Crystal Entertainment Company and reach its director, the wolf of show business: Jimmy Crystal, who reigns there like a real tycoon.
Desperate to get Jimmy’s attention, Gunther suddenly makes a crazy bet that Buster accepts on the spot: a promise to bring the King of Rock, the Lion, Clay Calloway to the show. The problem is, Buster has never met Clay… especially since the latter left the show 10 years ago after losing his wife.

Like the first part, Tous en scène 2 is rich in music! And there’s something for every taste and every generation: U2, Billie Eilish, Elton John and even Ariana Grande. And the songs are once again interpreted by the actors of the first film: Scarlett Johansson, Taron Egerton, Reese Witherspoon… Tous en scène 2 keeps the same ingredients as the first: funny (and sometimes absurd), full of inventiveness and references. He will talk to his parents.
Illumination studios saw big things with this sequel and surprise us with a grand spectacle that should not be ashamed of the Las Vegas shows. For example, kids will love this sequence where Rosita and Gunther fly through the air while singing Break Free.
The final show is a feast for the eyes, between the colors, the stage that transforms to songs and SF-style costumes. He sings, dances and smiles at you! No doubt your little darlings will be begging you to go see a real concert afterwards!
What might be bothering them:
Tous en scène 2 is a positive and colorful film that is good for morale. But if there’s one thing your kids can be afraid of, it might be Mr. Crystal’s character, the great white wolf we see in the trailer. He doesn’t play the villain, strictly speaking, but he is the one who runs the theater where the Buster Moon Show is playing.
What will they keep inside:
Tous en scène is not just a musical with animals. It shows us that we must ignore our differences and our fears in order to begin! The second part deals with the same issues. The heroes must surpass themselves and learn to persevere in order to put on a terrifying show.
The sequel also focuses on the character of Clay Calloway, a former music star who has been living as an asylum after his wife’s disappearance. The song will help him overcome this injury to return to the stage. The ending sequence that brings Ash & Clay together is a suspenseful moment that touches your heart. A scene that will mark them for some time!
