Open your eyes to your company: the future now passes through ESG

For young people entering the labor market, they said that the environment is an important part of their career choice

According to a survey by KPMG-United Kingdom, 46% of people want their company to demonstrate commitment to ESG metrics. Among those most interested in adapting companies to sustainability issues are the younger generations, who will feel the impacts of climate change more directly.

Significant transformations are taking place in society’s eyes, mainly with the spread of ChatGPT and Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has raised questions about the future of many jobs and knowledge areas. And right among the emerging areas is the ESG question.

Data from another survey, this time from the Global Student Outlook Report, indicate that 87% of young people entering the job market said being able to make a positive contribution to society and the environment is a part important for their career choice.
