Mark and Chloe succumb to temptation
Early in the morning, Louis reminds his father that he is sleeping with Kira tonight. Convinced that he has met someone because of the hours he spends looking at the phone, the teenager encourages him to enjoy himself in the apartment while he is away.
Meanwhile, François Laumiere announces to his son that Lorin will be the deputy director of Dr. Cresson’s private clinic. If he is undoubtedly the pride of the family, Boris has a failed impression. To comfort her, François explains that she looked like him at her age. In fact, François gave his life and laughed at everything until the day he took control of himself. That is why he wants his son to prove that he is worthy of his wealth. Although Boris reminds him that Lorin was always intended to be the heir to the Laumiere empire, François replies that nothing is set in stone. Disappointment for a young woman.
In turn, Mark joins Alix at the art gallery to talk about her exhibit. Only, he prefers to ask her about her love life. When he inquires if he made it with Chloe, Mark replies that he’s got it all figured out and they’re just friends. Alix then informs him that if she really wanted to save his couple, she would have broken up with him instead.
Meanwhile, Claudine gets Evan, Elizabeth and Francois to sign the legal terms of the private clinic. Before that, the Doctor specifies that he wants to have a blocking minority in order to remain in control of his project. Therefore, Francis asks for time to think.
At the end of the day, Mark and Chloe are on 101 to work on the legal chronicle. While Mark offers to meet her next week to discuss the following topics, Chloe indicates that she wants to do it over email. A disappointed journalist took the opportunity to accompany her to her car to declare her love. When he remains silent, she turns on her heel to go home. Khloé immediately approaches him and then kisses him passionately before they head over to Mark to share an intimate moment.
Eva’s sanction has been lifted
Virgil calls Manu to thank him for coming so quickly. After apologizing to her for anything wrong with the affair, Virgil hopes that the news will allow him to reconcile with Eva. As Manu stands, Virgil informs him that he risks losing him.
In turn, the principal tells Eva that her suspension has been lifted and she can resume classes today. If it’s a relief for the French teacher, the principal explains it to him, although returning to the institution threatens to cause an uproar. Indeed, some parents were shocked by her activities as a seducer and did not hesitate to report it.
Eva returns to work without waiting. He is applauded by his students who say they have always supported him. Touched, thanks them.
At the police station, Manu and Alex are confronted by Fred Sauzette and Stephanie Burton. If it really was Fred who killed Aline, then it was Stephanie’s idea to simulate drowning. As they hide in front of the police, Alex warns them that they will both be targeted.
Manu then goes to the chair and tells her that he is afraid of losing Eva. When she asks if he still has feelings for her, Manu realizes that he still loves her.
While leaving the office, Manu calls Eva and arranges to meet her at Les Sauvages. While walking on the sea, Manu questions her to find out how she manages what happened in the herd. Eve replies that she is fine and that she has had no repercussions. After a while, Manu admits that he was afraid of losing her. Eve and Manu are closer. When they are about to kiss, the policeman begs her to take care of herself and then leaves.
