Fire of Love: Why did Jack (Peter Bergman) change his voice on TF1?

Fans of The Young and the Restless recently saw a big change in Jack Abbott’s character. Indeed, in the episodes currently offered on TF1 (the series airs from Monday to Friday on the channel from 11 o’clock), the businessman no longer has the same voice!

But what is the reason for this change? Peter Bergman, the hero’s translator since 1989, actually just replaced the French dubbing. At the beginning of the series on the first page, it was Patrick Osmond who voiced Victor’s rival (Eric Braden). Unfortunately, after his death at the end of 2020, the main character has already been replaced by a voice actor…

That’s when George Cadron took over. However, the latter also died at the end of 2022. Because of this tragic disappearance, a third voice actor was hired to speak Moliere’s language to Jack… so the audience can now hear Eric O’Brien voicing Jack. fire of love

Currently on TF1, Jack and his family are very much involved in the intrigue of the cult American fiction. Dina (Marla Adams), the matriarch of the clan, has recently died of Alzheimer’s disease. Abbots support each other in mourning after this tragedy.

In honor of the old lady’s memory, Jack found a necklace from his mother and made some jewelry from it. Each item will be passed on to a family member… except they made a huge mistake against Theo (Tyler Johnson)!

Jack didn’t invite the young man to say goodbye to Dina, then he didn’t even make jewelry for her in honor of the latter! Annoyed, Theo is very angry with the Abbots… is reconciliation possible? Continued in the fire of love.
