Marvel: Why You’ll Never See These ‘Awkward’ Iron Man Scenes

The first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Iron Man, which hit theaters in 2008, has such a superheroic aura that it seems a priori “untouchable.” However, there are some underrated scenes “bad” That Kevin Feige decided to never take them out of the closet!

timeInterview given on the ScreenRant websiteProducer Jeremy Latcham reveals that several Iron Man scenes have never been shown to the public and that there is very little chance that they ever will. Reason ? They just “very bad”. And surprise: we study content!

“There are three or four scenes from Iron Man that I don’t think will ever be shown because they’re so bad.”says Jeremy Latcham while promoting Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Thieves.

“In 2012, I asked Kevin Feige if we should release Abu’s scenes. (A member of the Ten Rings terrorist group who captures Tony Stark at the beginning of the film, editor’s note) washing the laundry. He replied: “No. We will never release it. People will not know. It will be embarrassing if they see these scenes.”

And Jeremy Latcham adds that Abu isn’t the only one washing up in this cut sequence. “Tony Stark was also doing laundry, and I don’t think they ever saw those scenes. We had to find out, but I don’t think they did.”he says.

“There’s a scene where Tony Stark washes his captors, smashes the washing machine and steals parts to build his suit. It’s so absurd. It’s rubbish.”
