What movies and series are trending on Netflix in May

Continue Shonda Rhimes’ reign among American Netflix series, with “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story”. This is because in the first week of May alone, the production has already accumulated almost 150 million hours watched. This is what a page of the streaming service shows with the top 10 in various categories.

In addition to US series, the company has published lists of the most watched US films, as well as features and series from other countries, listed in a ranking of “non-English” productions (i.e. whose original language is not English). The ranking takes into account the number of hours watched – in the case of series, per season.

By the way, among American films, “The Worst Neighbor in the World” (2022) leads the podium. This, however, is not yet available in the catalog of the streaming service in Brazil.
