Anais declares her love for Theo

After spending the night with a swamp neighbor, Anais still feels bad for hurting Lisandro, even if it was a necessary evil. He is supported by Salome, who offers to replace him in Double A. But Anais is ready to take responsibility for her actions.

In turn, Lisandro tearfully confides in Rose about his breakup with Anais, which he didn’t expect. He’s sure he can’t forgive her for cheating on him and is deeply angry at himself for ruining their relationship. But Rose relativizes and insists that their relationship is fixable.

Meanwhile, Marta tells Charlene about her date with Theo. She found the young man somewhat moody, charming and caring, and then suddenly very cold and distant. At the same time, Emmanuel returned to the institute. If he is happy to find his daughter, he is less able to find Martha by his side. But Charlene remains confident that she can convince him to integrate Marta into the Master.

In the kitchen, Anais finds Jude replacing Theo as chef as the latter is having lunch with his family at Double A. Jude noticed her second’s small face. He tells her that Lisandro left him the other day. Judy is happy to finally realize the reciprocity of her feelings for Theo and encourages him to declare them.

For desserts, Anais decides to recreate, especially for Theo, the bergamot cream she made for him in response to the Valentine’s Day lunchbox. Judy then offers to accompany him to the dining room to serve him directly.

Martha is seen coming out of the kitchen, also at the table with the Teysiers. Jude was unaware of her presence and assumes she crashed at the last moment. Indeed, Charlene fights in his favor so that he can integrate the Master. But Emanuel focuses more on the length of service. Anais and Jude arrive to bring their plates. Theo is upset when he sees the bergamot cream.

After eating, Theo finds Anais in the kitchen. Both are alone. The young man wants to understand the meaning of his gesture. Anais thinks that maybe it’s too late and maybe it hurt too much, but she wants to finally tell him that she loves him. Theo answers that it’s not too late, and takes her by the hand. They both kiss…

Deva becomes paranoid

When Deva is ready to go to class, David complains of several symptoms: a fever, a cough, and a headache. After going to the infirmary, David knows the reason. He contracted mononucleosis, known as the kissing disease. After knowing this, Deva starts getting worried. Indeed, he is not sick and suggests that David contracted mononucleosis from kissing someone else. But her boyfriend was too tired to start such a conversation.

Worried Deva tells Jasmine about it. The latter comforts her by emphasizing how crazy David is about her and that he would never be able to cheat on her. The girls are then joined by Tom, who informs them that Amber can’t come because she has mononucleosis.

Deva immediately returns to her friend’s bedside to ask her about Amber. David swears that nothing happened between them.

Clotilde captures Hortense’s potential

In his first year at Chef Armandi’s course, Livio tries to prove himself by teaching students to work with Sicilian products. Clotilda watches him with Samia and Billy. She especially notices that he tends to chew up students’ work.

Later, Chef Armand teaches in his 3rd year. He noticed with annoyance that none of them, except Hortense, had mastered the pastry. So he asks all students to start over. Seeing Lionel in despair, Hortense agrees to lend him a hand in making the recipe.

A little later, after returning to the atelier, Chef Armand discovers that Hortense has helped all her classmates make the dough again. Watching him, she admires his pedagogy, which is a little offensive, but very motivating for students.

Clotilda then finds Claire and Rose to share with them her impressions of Livio… whom she found frankly useless. Clotilde is quite a supporter of Hortense. Claire admits that she has led the girls’ team very well and has no doubts about her abilities. So Rose agrees to try him as a replacement for Elder Guinot.
