‘The Art of Traveling – A French Reinvention’: Prime Video’s Groundbreaking Documentary

DS Automobiles delves into the ‘savoir fare’ of traveling through France in this title, which hits the platform on May 11.

Coming to Prime Video on May 11 ‘The art of traveling – A French reinvention’, a documentary that will be available on the platform for three months and in which the journalist Seamus Kearney experiences first-hand how to turn a trip into art. If the pandemic has revealed anything, it is that everything, absolutely everything, has changed. Including the way to enjoy leisure and, of course, the way to travel. All sectors have had to adapt to a new way of tourism, more personalized and experiential, further away from the crowd and more focused on discovering unique and little-exploited places.

DS Automobiles has just presented at the Eiffel Tower in Paris this 46-minute documentary that discovers some of the most exclusive and special accommodations in places like the Loire Valley or the island of Corsica. Establishments where you can enjoy delicious dishes directly from the garden to the plate; experiences like riding in a hot air balloon; or retreats practically in solitude, with nature as the only companion, are some of the alternatives that are presented.

“Tomorrow’s premium travel will be more authentic, more sensible and slower. It will be more personalized, and it will be designed for the traveler. It will be more sustainable, environmentally oriented, but also more technological, integrated into the service age”explained Béatrice Foucher, CEO of DS Automobiles, during the presentation.

‘The art of traveling’ also anticipates the launch of the mythical Orient Express, which will be back in operation in 2025 with various European routes, including Paris-Vienna.
