The police discovered that Diego has a brother
In the morning, Karim goes to Delcours, and then takes Diego to the police station for questioning. Indeed, the police found his DNA on items that Bernard Luty was carrying during the attempted murder.
During his interrogation, during which he is assisted by Master Pero, Diego is particularly nervous. Although he claims his innocence, Captain Said does not believe him and pushes him to confess. Raphael then feels obliged to intervene, pointing out that the DNA traces between father and son are normal. He also specifies that his client was in Nancy at the time of the events because his phone died there that day. Only Karim believes that the young man could have left the phone there to create an alibi. An absurd theory according to Raphael, who notes that the teenager has amnesia. Despite everything, Karim begins to doubt. That’s why he’s asking for a DNA sample to confirm. Which Diego gets.
Meanwhile, Chloe tries to believe that the police could have imagined that Diego could have killed her father. Although Judith and Alex remind her that they have no reason to believe him because they know nothing about his life, Chloe is convinced that Diego is the victim in the story and insists that he is a threat. If Alex is initially afraid that he will come after them, Chloe is deeply convinced that he is innocent and is not going to give up on him.
In turn, Georges and Nordin question Dr. Downey to find out if it’s possible that Diego is faking amnesia. Even if it is possible, he says, it is still unlikely. Indeed, Diego was very disoriented and deeply distressed when he arrived at the hospital. Common signs of memory loss. According to him, Diego’s amnesia was caused by a traumatic shock. So he could have lost his memory after killing his father. Believing that Diego has an accomplice, the police decide on this trail.
Later, Nordin questioned the paramedic who had been called the evening of Bernard Lute’s death. The latter allegedly saw a man wearing surgical gloves and a khaki T-shirt speeding out of the hospital before escaping on a bright blue electric bike.
Chloe, on the other hand, is concerned. He then goes to the police station where he asks for news of Diego. Although he is still in custody, she gets permission to talk to him. In complete doubt, he begins to believe that he killed his father. So Chloe points out to him that the police don’t have anything concrete and says she’s sure he’s innocent. However, Diego replies that he does not know her. Angered, she yells that she has amnesia and that she could have spun before leaving Chloe alone.
At the spoon, Chloe informs Alex that Diego has been arrested. Since the teenager was so upset, Chloe asks herself a lot of questions and wonders if the teenager had lied to her. Faced with his predicament, Alex realizes that he has done what he can for Diego and that he cannot save the entire Earth.
At nightfall, George receives the results of Diego Luti’s DNA sample. The DNA found on Bernard Lute’s shirt only partially matches Diego, which means he has a brother and he’s the culprit!
Wedding preparations continue in Rusel
At Coco Zéphyr, Tristan gives Leo, Jordan, Jack, and Liz a taste of the various dishes he presented for Audrey and Damien’s wedding. Unfortunately, Russel’s children could not agree. Then Tristan has an idea.
Later, Jack, Jordan, and Liz pretend to cook, and then Audrey and Damien try Tristan’s dishes. While Audrey doesn’t like duck, Damien isn’t a fan of fish. So the Russell kids agree to keep it simple. It will be a seafood platter, skewers and fries.
On the other hand, Audrey and Damien were well aware that the children had tasted the dishes for the wedding. Given the set-up this morning, it’s safe to say that the bride and groom are relieved to see a real chef preside over the meal. But Audrey and Damien, above all, are deeply affected by their investments. Also, Damien tells Audrey how wonderful she is watching her children.
A positive test put SOIZIC in all its positions
Amel underwent several tests at the hospital. Indeed, the young woman had been feeling tired lately. According to the results of blood tests, he had contracted mononucleosis, more commonly known as the kissing disease. As it is transmitted through saliva, Dr. Lazar takes advantage of the fact that Adam accompanied his cousin to determine the blood test.
Later, Soizic meets Adam and Amel in the halls of the hospital. Faced with Amelie’s small face, the mother of the family asks her a few questions about her health, but Adam points out that it’s none of her business.
A few hours later, Adam calls Victoire and tells her that he has mononucleosis. Once he gave her some recommendations, Victoire hung up. Soizic, who overheard their discussion, then tries to figure out what’s going on. However, Victoire tells her that she is bound by medical secrecy and that she intends to honor him.
Still, it’s bad to know Soizic didn’t have the last word. The latter immediately instructs Julie to restore the results of her son’s analysis in her medical file and at the same time to Amelie. Although she doesn’t think it’s very ethical, the young woman is finally convinced.
