Netflix revealed, this Thursday (11), the details of the new season of “Black Mirror”. The streamer has released the number of episodes and their respective titles and synopses.
Last month Netflix had already released, surprisingly, an unpublished trailer for the series.

Discover, below, each title and synopsis of the five episodes of the sixth season of “Black Mirror”:
Episode 1: “Joan is awful” (“Joan is awful”)
An ordinary woman is shocked to discover that a global streaming platform has released a television series adaptation about her life, in which she is played by Salma Hayek. The episode also features Annie Murphy, Michael Cera and Himesh Patel.
Episode 2: “Loch Henry” (“Lake Henry”)
A young couple travel to a quiet town in Scotland to start work on a documentary, but find themselves drawn into a local story involving shocking events from the past. The cast includes Samuel Blenkin, Myha’la Herrold, Daniel Portman and John Hannah.
Episode 3: “Across the Sea” (“Across the Sea”)
In an alternate world of 1969, two men on a risky high-tech mission face the aftermath of an unimaginable tragedy. The episode stars Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), Josh Hartnett and Kate Mara.
Episodes 4: Mazey Day (“Mazey Day”)
A troubled star is hounded by paparazzi as she deals with the aftermath of a hit-and-run accident. Starring Zazie Beetz, Clara Rugaard and Danny Ramirez.
Episode 5: Demon 79 (“Demon 79”)
In the north of England, 1979, a shy saleswoman is told she must commit terrible acts to avert disaster. Anjana Vasan, Paapa Essiedu, Katherine Rose Morley and David Shields star in the episode.

After four years without episodes…
After four years without new episodes, “Black Mirror” returns with Charlie Brooker, creator of the series, as writer and producer.
This time around, alongside some of the more familiar tropes from Black Mirror, we also have some new elements, including ones I swore blindly the show would never do, to stretch the parameters of what a “Black Mirror” episode is. The stories are still fully ‘Black Mirror’ but with some crazy changes and with more variety than ever before..
