A woman was attacked with stab wounds, earlier this Saturday (13th), in Capão da Canoa, on the northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul. The attacker was her daughter, a 16-year-old teenager, during a fight in the family home.
According to information from the Litoral na Rede portal, the 44-year-old victim was taken to Santa Luzia hospital in stable condition. Her daughter reported to the carabinieri that the discussion had begun because her mother thought that the young woman had injured her brother and she had not complied with the order to clean the kitchen. The minor also claimed that her mother used a wooden toy to attack her, which is why she took a knife to defend herself.
The incident resulted in the filing of a personal injury complaint, and the teenager was handed over to her father with orders to seek counseling for his daughter.
