The Walking Dead: The star of the series was injured during the filming of the final episode

Filming for the finale of the “Walking Dead” series has been suspended due to the injury of its main actor, Norman Ridus.

Something tells us that Norman Reedus will not soon forget to shoot the finale of The Walking Dead. Currently in production in the Atlanta area, filming of the final episode of the series – in which Andrew Lincoln could make his big comeback – was halted following an accident that caused damage to Daryl’s translator on the horror show.

Under circumstances unknown at this time, Norman Reedus was indeed shocked in the head, causing cranial trauma. With immediate care, the actor will not retain the results of the accident and will be able to resume filming in a few days. Consequently, this damage to the production schedule will only be moderately affected.

While the second part of The Walking Dead finale season is currently airing every Monday on US + 24 by OCS, the third – and final – part is likely to be offered later this year. Keep in mind that the Daryl and Carroll-focused spin-off has already been commissioned by the American channel AMC, as well as a series starring Negan and Maggie called Isle of the Dead.
