The Ernest Sarlet Municipal Center for Environmental Education (CEAES), a space managed by the Secretary of Education (SMED) of Novo Hamburgo, will be open to receive the community of the municipality on Saturday (20). Visiting hours will be from 9:00 to 14:00, free of charge.
The day will be characterized by activities such as guided walks, Hortifruti Fair, art and craft presentations by local entrepreneurs.
In addition, Solidarity Exchanges will also take place, where people who bring recyclable materials will be able to exchange them for spice and tea seedlings that are grown on site.
Used cooking oil will also be collected. Every 1.5 liters will entitle you to a bar of handmade soap.
CAES is located at Estrada do Walahai, 1400, in the Lomba Grande neighborhood. In case of rain the event will be cancelled.
