The Palmeiras youth teams took to the field this Saturday against Flamengo-SP, at the Antônio Soares de Oliveira stadium, in Guarulhos (SP), for the seventh round of the Paulista Championship. In the first match of the day, Verdão’s Under-15s drew goalless and remain unbeaten in the competition. Then, the under 17s were beaten 1-0.
With the result, Palmeiras’ under-15 team reached 13 points, leading the state’s Group 12. So far they have achieved four wins and one draw, with 11 goals scored and three conceded. Paulista’s next match is against Suzano, on the 28th (Sunday), at 2 pm (Brasilia time), at the Barueri Arena, in Barueri (SP).
The Under 15 team, commanded by coach Léo Mendes, took to the field this Saturday with Luiz Fernando; Lucas Quitzau, Luis Pacheco, Enzo and Derick; Guilherme (Bernardo), Fernando Gabriel and Wilker (Nathan); Wesley, Lucas Gabriel (João Gabriel) and Lucas Henrique.

The Under 17s, after the defeat, continue with 10 points, in third place in Group 12. The Crias da Academia have three wins, one draw and now a setback for the competition, with 13 goals scored and two conceded. The team is back on the field for Paulista on Sunday next week against Suzano, at 4pm, again at the Barueri Arena.
The team, headed by Rafael Piva, played with Cesar; Kauã Moraes (Kauan Firmo), Vitor Reis, Fellipe Jack and Kauan Vítor (Benedetti); Uberaba (Erick Belé), Rafael Coutinho and Luis Arthur (Marcio Vitor); Jhonathan (Kidani), Luighi and Riquelme Fillipi.
Parallel to Paulista, the Verdão under-17 team competes in the Copa do Brasil category. After eliminating Sampaio Corrêa with an aggregate score of 16 to 0, they will face Vasco in the semifinals. The matchup will be a two-way match, with the Academy Cubs deciding at home.
