Paulistana’s Olympic medalist will fight to play the Grand Slam for the first time and her third overall

The Brazilian defeated the German Noma Akugue, 219th classified, by 7/6 (7/2) 6/3 after 1h35min on court 13 of Roland Garros and will seek a place in the main draw against the winner of the Australian Anastasia Rodionova, 203rd, namely the American Elizabeth Mandlik, 118th and 10th seeded.
The Tokyo 2021 Olympic bronze medalist will attempt to play in her third Grand Slam main draw. He played Wimbledon in 2022 and this year’s Australian Open tournament.
