HPI on TF1: Audrey Fleurot reveals the questionable gifts she receives thanks to Morgan

In just three seasons, HPI has managed to gather a large community of fans. It must be said that since its release, the detective series led by Audrey Flerot and Mehdi Nebibu continues to break all records.

The launch of Season 3 on Thursday 11 May attracted a total of almost 10.4 million viewers, TF1’s best audience for the year. It must be said that the fans were very quick to get close to Morgan Alvaro, who was without any filter the talented eccentric look.

Electric blue eyeliner on the eyes, fake fur, a mix of leopard prints and flashy jewelry, this character is not to be missed. Another integral attribute of Morgan’s character: chewing gum. Not an episode goes by without him blowing bubbles with chewing gum, much to Karadec’s dismay.

In the first episode of Season 3, during an appointment at a job center, a forty-year-old man claims to hold the title of “Inter-Regional Rubber ChampionAnd yet, this character trait could not exist.

Fans behind chewing gum

During the Series Mania festival held last March in Lille, Audrey Flerot explained that she had tried many brands of chewing gum but had trouble finding one that would hold the bubble.

Then the fans found a good brand and passed it on the set. “Now, every time I start shooting, I have my box of chewing gum! The chewing gums we see in the series come from them. Thanks to them in the credits!

Clothes found on Vinted

To create Morgan Alvaro’s one-of-a-kind look, Audrey Flerot said she helped costume designer Nadia Chmielewski find pieces on Vinted, a second-hand clothing resale site. “I’m on Vinted because it’s the only place you can find “Morgan” stuff“, he told Daily on set while promoting HPI Season 2.

There’s a lot of time on set when you’re doing nothing. So I started looking for products on Vinted and found some great stuff, it really made me happy. The idea is that it is always within Morgan’s budget. And we will find pearls.
