Kira and Louis reconciled
Kira takes the breakup with Louis badly and harasses him with text messages. But he doesn’t answer. Claire advises her adopted daughter to give her some space as the youngster needs time to digest what happened. He is sure that the teenager will return to Kira. Everything was solid between them until this little mishap.
At high school, Tyce discusses her argument with Kira with Louis. He realizes very quickly that it is primarily the ego of the young man who struck him. He tries to put things into perspective and advises her to put her ego aside and save the couple.
Tice then explains to him that Kira didn’t have to tell him about the kiss, but she decided to confess to him because she loves him and feels guilty. Thais prefers to warn: He won’t come to complain when he realizes he’s messed up.
In turn, Kira approaches Cathy, a cafeteria worker, in the halls of the school. He gives her the money he makes from selling Tip Green to pay off his credit. The woman thanks him.
Kira later joins Lewis, who finally agrees to talk to her. Kira tells him that she truly regrets what she did and that she has no feelings for Jules. Louis still has a hard time understanding why he did it.
He then explains to her that he felt underappreciated and it made him cringe. Louis admits that he isn’t expressive enough and doesn’t tell Kira enough how amazing she is. The two lovers reconcile and kiss each other in front of their friends.
Lorin is suspected by the police
After the attempted murder, Chloe is interrogated by Ellis at the police station. She admits she was sure Evan was behind the anonymous messages and the car tag, but she has her doubts.
Evan is not an aggressive person and he denies his involvement in this story from the beginning. He regrets that he didn’t believe him from the beginning. Elise realizes that today she is suspicious because her husband got between her and the shooter.
But the policeman suggests that he could have arranged everything to pass himself off as a hero and thus win her back. Chloe thinks there’s no point because she almost died. But then who would blame Chloe so much?
Robin walks over to Evan’s bed. She worries about her father, but the latter comforts her. The teenager asks why the sick man shot his mother. But Evan ignores him. Waiting for the end of the story, he asks his son to be kind to his mother. Robin promises her.
Alice goes to the hospital to ask Evan some questions. The latter repeats to him that he has nothing to do with everything that happened to Chloe recently. He didn’t threaten his wife, didn’t report it to the prosecutor’s office, and didn’t try to kill her.
The policeman asks him if he has any idea about the identity of the culprit. Evan remembers that before taking that bullet, Chloe told him that the denunciation letter was from the hospital. Evans is suspicious of Lorin.
Apparently, the young woman thought that Chloe had scolded her husband for giving up on a clinic project in which she and her father were very involved. So he had a good reason to blow up the relationship. He also confides in Ellis that he had an affair with a young woman.
A few hours later, Lorin gets a call from Elise, who calls her to the police station. The policeman explains that he will be questioned as part of the investigation into the attempted murder of Chloe.
François Laumier wonders how his daughter got involved in this whole story. Lorin assures her that she did nothing. However, François does not want his name to be associated with a dirty history. So he asks Claudine to represent his daughter. Before leaving, she advises her daughter to be smarter next time and not leave a trace.
At the hospital, Chloe and Evan have a heart-to-heart. Chloe admits that it was funny to think that the one threatening her was her husband. The latter accuses himself of accusing him.
Evan then shares his suspicions about Lauryn. Even if she isn’t sure of anything, she thinks she’s the one behind the phone call that announced her affair with Mark. According to him, Lauryn could not understand that the clinic project failed and blamed Chloe for all of this.
Evan then confesses to his wife that he cheated on her with Lauryn. Chloe doesn’t blame him. He feels that she cannot judge him. Evan apologizes and admits to her that he never stopped loving her.
On the other hand, Mark is in the gallery with Alix. He is disappointed and confides in his friend that he feels he is losing Chloe. He really thought they would stay together. To him it is dead, he has lost it. Alix shakes her and asks her to move so the young woman can recover.
