Let’s go to the new episode of our friends quiz series, which covers ten seasons of the famous sitcom one by one. And as tradition dictates, before starting this fifth series, let’s go back a bit to the previous season with a brief recap of the main events that happened in season 4.
On the love side, of course, Rachel and Ross’ tumultuous relationship is at the heart of the show. At the beginning of the season, the two ex-lovers decide to get back together, with Ross ending his relationship with Bonnie. But the latter refuses to take full responsibility for the breakdown in the past, this recovery will be short-lived, and in the following episodes everyone will experience new adventures.
Rachel in turn meets Joshua, but first Ross falls in love with Englishwoman Emily, whom he quickly asks to marry. A wedding that takes place at the end of the season, and which spawns one of the series’ most famous scenes, when Ross mixes up the first names at the altar and calls Emily “Rachel.”
Meanwhile, Phoebe agrees to become a surrogate mother to the child of her half-brother Frank and his sterile wife Alice. A baby that turns out to actually be a “baby” because Phoebe will be pregnant with triplets (you can already try to remember their names, it might come in handy on the quiz…).
Joey and Chandler in turn have a relationship with one girl, Katie, who, after seeing Joey during drama class, starts an affair with Chandler, which ends briefly, with the latter showing excessive jealousy.
