In case of a positive value, to request the withdrawal in the application itself, just select the message “You have withdrawal available” then click “Request PIS/PASEP Withdrawal”. The worker must choose the form of withdrawal (credit to account or face-to-face), verify their data and select “Confirm withdrawal”.
In the account credit option, the balance will be credited to the bank account of any institution indicated by the worker, at no cost.
In the event of a deceased worker, the beneficiary heir can access their FGTS Application and request the withdrawal in the “My Withdrawals” option, then “Other Withdrawal Situations” and finally choose the “PIS/PASEP – Death of the Worker” option “. It is necessary to attach the requested documents and confirm the request.
If the worker falls under any hypothesis of FGTS withdrawal and is the holder of a PIS-PASEP account, the balance of this account is released together with the FGTS.
