On Tuesday, June 13, it all starts here…
Axel is under pressure
In the kitchen, Elliot invites Ambre and Axel to work on all the most difficult dough techniques. Everyone is motivated. Axel talks about his suspicions after being pressured by his uncle during a night out with Jasmine. Amber and Elliot believe he has every right to leave, provided Tessier doesn’t know about it.
Jasmine, on the other hand, got up early to start work in order to get ahead in the revision program. He thereby proves to Lionel that he is really serious about everything. Therefore, the latter admits that she spends the evening with her boyfriend.
Later, Jasmine manages to find tickets for two concerts at the Golden Square at the last minute. Now all he has to do is find a way to keep Nael safe. If Hortense and Elliot decline because they are busy with revision, Jasmine thinks Rose will help her.
Teissier, meanwhile, worries that his nephew doesn’t take the sacrifices required to succeed in the food business seriously enough. Clotilda, on the contrary, suggests to trust him.
In the kitchen, Axel lags behind Elliot and Amber in sugar techniques. He is ready to cancel his night out with Jasmine to continue working, but his teammates force him to leave.
So Axel joins Jasmine in front of the Institute. He is still annoyed that he did not manage to master the sugar technique. Jasmine offers to come back to the kitchen after their evening together to show her how to do it. Luckily, Rose is able to keep Nael going all night. Axel is relieved.
While Taysier goes into the kitchen to check if his nephew is there, the latter is delighted with the surprise his girlfriend has planned for him. At the same time, he receives a message from his uncle expressing disappointment. Axel immediately changes his mind and plants Jasmine to return to work…
Ethan hurt my hand
Joachim meets Ethan while running on the beach. The technical director is surprised that the first course in the institute is not revised. Ethan explains his new method: he can clean himself with foil on the wings so he can focus on the kitchen afterwards.
However, his gym session ends in the emergency room. Ethan returns to the workshop with a stretched arm. However, he proves to Deva and Jude that he can manage with a free hand.
Seeing him slowly cutting the strawberry, Deva panics. In order to keep their trio together, Judy decides to perform surgery on Ethan’s injury. He orders the youngster to rest completely so that he can be fully recovered by Thursday.
At the end of the revision, Deva again expresses her concerns to Jude. He considers it irresponsible and selfish of Ethan to take a risk a few days before the exams. He doesn’t want to be fired because of her and plans to warn Miriel about the situation. But Jude prefers to wait and see. He trusts Ethan, who is the best in his class.
Enzo wants to be the head of the pop-up
Vicky finds Enzo in the atelier. The latter has been reworked from the day before and gives a taste of its trusty new prototype. Vicky finds him even better than the day before. Enzo then hopes to convince Chef Armand to hold a pop-up.
He goes to his office to present his master’s project, a sandwich and a supporting file. Clotilde notices that she is too invested and admits that her trusty is too good. He promises to study his candidacy among those who have also accepted it.
Hoping to tip the odds in his favor, Enzo then forces Joakim to taste his trusty, which is right where the pop-up is. The latter clearly sees in his game, especially since he is not the only student who tried to subdue him. But he admits that he likes his project the most. He agrees to tell his companion about it.
On the way back home, Joachim talks to Clotilda about Enzo’s project, which he considers a real success.
