Former BBB Dhomini, winner of the third edition of the Globo reality show, was filmed violently assaulting the owner of a bar in Goiânia (GO) and his lawyer, last Tuesday afternoon (13/6). Security footage from the site shows Dhomini attacking businessman Ailton Gomes Maranhão with punches and kicks, continuing the assault even when the victim was already lying on the ground, and then arguing with the lawyer.
Artur Camapum, a lawyer from Maranhão, confirmed that his client was beaten until he passed out and that he was also attacked during the action. “While I was filming the discussion, I was also attacked in the course of my work by the same attacker. We have filed a police report, a criminal record and we will continue with the procedures,” Camapum said.

Dhomini, who was also one of the bar’s associates, allegedly invaded the venue and started removing furniture and equipment without a court order. The former BBB reportedly threatened those present during the incident. He was accompanied by Leonardo Scaff, presumably a former establishment associate.
Dhomini says it was a discussion about the company which he said “had already gone bankrupt”. “Months ago, Leonardo Scaff and I tried to make an amicable deal and sell our stake, but Ailton always refused when signing, he wanted us to leave with nothing,” says the former BBB.
In his defense, the former BBB says he and Scaff went to the scene to get equipment “to cover the loss of the injured party.” “He didn’t accept it, he reacted and we only defended ourselves, because we were prevented from taking things and we were threatened with death,” he argued.
Dhomini’s career at the BBB
Dhomini, whose real name is André Augusto Ferreira Fontes, gained notoriety by winning the third edition of Big Brother Brazil in 2003. At the time, he had a brief relationship with Sabrina Sato, which began during his confinement, but did not continue after the end of the program .
