Don’t do it, don’t go back to France 2! New bonus for boules and lepis in the moon square coming soon

Three years after the Christmas episode, Don’t Do This, Don’t Do That will mark its big return to the small screen. During the interview with our colleagues ParisianAnne Holmes, director of French fiction at France Télévisions, has indeed announced that the Lepic and Bull families will be returning for a bonus event that has been scripted. And this new opus is likely to be crazier than ever…

The Lepics (led by Valerie Boneton and Guillaume de Tonquedec) and the Boules (Isabelle Gelinas and Bruno Salomone) have indeed been selected to participate in the space journey and will have to train.

At the moment, there’s no air date yet – filming hasn’t started yet – but the TV movie is set to hit the airwaves in 2024.

Launched on 8 September 2007 on France 2, Fais pas ci, faire pas ça was the channel’s heyday for almost 10 years. But in 2017, the series, created by Anne Jaffer and Thierry Bizot, nodded to the concerns of millions of viewers who eagerly followed the fiction.

In 2020, three years after its shutdown, the series has already returned for the Christmas bonus, directed by Michel Leclerc. Titled “Will Christmas be Christmas?”, in this special episode, Fabien and Renaud abandon their children to spend the holidays attending a Celine Dion concert in Las Vegas.

On the other hand, Valery and Denis Boule prepared an environmentally responsible Christmas, which was not to the children’s taste. A successful return since at that time this opus gathered 5.50 million viewers, or 23.3% of the public.

Don’t do it, don’t do it is not the only series that has been put on hold to return to French television. In addition to director Astrid Veyon’s final tandem TV film, which will return to the meeting of Paul and Lea in the 90s, Candice Renoir will be entitled to the second prize.

After an eventful honeymoon trip to Corsica, the characters played by Cecil Beuys and Raphael Lenglet return home to conduct high-risk investigations in the middle of Halloween night.
