The Correios modality allows to transform the accredited shops into collection points of the state company and creates more options for the collection of parcels

Collection point programme Mail allows parcels to be picked up at points of sale accredited by the state-owned distribution and logistics company. In addition, registered businesses receive a commission of R$ 1.10 for each order picked up on site.

This is an alternative for consumers who live far from a post office or outside the delivery coverage area. The service is available in the Federal District and in the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

How does the postal collection point work?

The Collection Point is an establishment authorized to collect and collect deliveries at the Post Office. Local professionals are trained to use the system and the state-owned company pays a fee of R$1.10 for each package captured.

  2. Confirm acceptance of the terms;
  3. Click “Submit”.



After submitting the form, the Correios team requests some documents about the company. This information is submitted for review prior to submission of the accreditation agreement, but there is no deadline for a response.
