“Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe” Releases Movie Trailer for Paramount + Summer Premiere

They are back. He didn’t tell his parents.

Beavis and Butt-Head form the universe Announced Thursday by MTV Entertainment Studios. The film is a sequel. Beavis and Butt-Head make America (nineteen ninety-six).

With the news that creator Mike Judge’s film will be released exclusively on the streaming service on June 23, an official trailer has been released showing that the cult cartoon geeks are doing their old nonsense, but in a new… space.

So: for some reason, Beavis and Bat-Head find their way to space in 1998 and then to the future of 2022, only to discover a completely different world. They quickly become interested in the NSA, the governor of Texas, and a highly intelligent version of themselves from the parallel world.

The film is one of many. Beavis and Butt-Head Projects that Paramount+ has been implementing since the mid-2020 revival of the beloved animated franchise. The animated series about the beloved loser has been updated with a two-season order that included many spin-offs and movies.

While the series was scheduled to return to Comedy Central, it moved to Paramount+ earlier this year as Paramount Global, like other conglomerates, continues to prioritize building its subscriber platforms. Both the show and films join a library of more than 200 episodes of the original MTV comedy, dedicated to two statues of service.

Naturally, Beavis and Butt-Head form the universe Writer, director and starring Judge. Paramount+ executive producers are Judge Liu Morton and Mike Rothenberg, while Chris Prinoski, Shannon Prinoski, Ben Kalina and Antonio Cannabio for Titmouse.
