Meta has revealed that WhatsApp Business will get ads from clicks without a Facebook account and an option to send automated messages to customers
OR Whatsapp announced on Tuesday (27th) two new features aimed at small business owners. The first novelty will allow Business version users to create advertisements for Facebook AND Instagram without the need for a Facebook account. The second piece of good news is an option to send personalized messages to customers.

Ads without Facebook account
Meta has announced that it will be possible to create, purchase and publish an ad on Facebook or Instagram directly through WhatsApp Business. This means that it is no longer mandatory to have a dedicated Facebook account for this purpose, and companies interested in the feature will only need to register an email address and a payment method.
When users click on an ad, a WhatsApp conversation opens, allowing them to ask questions, check out products, and make purchases. These ads are an easier and more effective way to acquire new customers, especially for small businesses that exclusively use WhatsApp Business as a means of contact.
personalized messages
Meta also revealed that it’s testing a new feature in WhatsApp Business that allows you to send personalized messages to customers, such as appointment reminders, birthday wishes, or even promotion updates.
With this new feature, companies will be able to automatically send personalized messages including the customer’s name. The feature will also include call-to-action buttons for specific customer lists, as well as selective labels such as “VIP customers” or “new customers.”
Furthermore, it will be possible to program the day and time for sending messages and, subsequently, to verify the progress of the action through in-depth analysis. This type of advanced messaging is optional and will be available for a fee in the WhatsApp Business app. Meta also said that more details on this will be shared soon.
The news doesn’t stop there, as Meta’s messaging application works on several new features, such as a new look in the top bar of the app and the possibility of schedule pinned messages.
