This Friday, Engie Brasil was awarded lot 5 of the energy transmission auction, offering an annual permitted revenue (RAP) of 249.3 million reais, which represents a discount of 42.8% compared to the maximum value established.
The lot dispute saw bids from ten other bidders, such as Eletrobras, Taesa and ISA Cteep.
Lot 5 involves the construction of 1,000 kilometers of transmission lines between Bahia, Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, with an estimated investment of 2.67 billion reais.
