What you need to know:
If Apple TV+ follows exactly what it did last month, the first episode of Foundation season 1 will only be available for a very short time on YouTube. Either way, it’s a good experience for anyone who hasn’t yet chosen to invest money in another stream.
Foundation is getting a second season this week
The release of the first episode of the first season of Foundation takes place a few days before the release of the second, scheduled for July 14th.
The first season of Foundation was released on Apple TV+ in the second half of 2021, delaying the development of the second part precisely due to the peak of COVID-19 cases, together with problems in the realization of special effects. The third hasn’t been confirmed by Apple yet, but rumors indicate it’s in an early stage of production, even before filming.
Foundation is one of Apple TV+’s big bets for the streaming service, alongside big names like other sci-fi names like Silo, For all humanity, See AND Breakwhile there is more production in other formats, with an emphasis on Servant, Ted Lasso, black bird AND morning show.
