Twisted Metal, a half-hour live-action TV series based on the classic PlayStation game series, is a high-octane action comedy directed by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick and written by Michael Jonathan Smith. His story is about a talkative outsider who has a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package in a post-apocalyptic wasteland.

With the help of a tough car thief, he’ll face savage marauders driving vehicles of destruction and other dangers of the open road, including a crazed clown with an all too familiar ice cream truck.

the series of Twisted metal debuts July 27 on Peacock streaming, which is not available in Brazil – this does not mean that the production does not come here via other streams, as was the case with bel Air, arrived on Star+. The first season will have ten episodes, each half hour long.
