The nominations for the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards were revealed Wednesday morning, with HBO dominating the list with nominations expected for Succession, House of the Dragon, The Last of Us AND The White Lotus.
This year’s Emmy Awards ceremony will take place Sept. 18, live on Fox, but a writers’ strike and potential SAG-AFTRA strike could change that if no talent is available for the ceremony that celebrates TV’s best in the last year.
At the Emmys last year, Succession AND Ted Lasso of Apple TV+ won top awards for drama and comedy, respectively, and those shows are back in a big way this year.
