The actress is the first Brazilian to star in a DC Comics film, with ‘Besouro Azul’
Bruna Marquezine declared support for the Hollywood union strike. The actress reposted a post from Xolo Maridueñaco-star in Blue Beetleand added testimony:
As of midnight today, Pacific Time, the union strike of SAG-AFTRA actors will take effect. I will always be on the side of initiatives that fight for the progress of the artistic community, whether in my country or abroad. As the actors can no longer participate in any promotion of their projects until the end of the strike, the fans’ support will be fundamental to bring the visibility and recognition that Besouro Azul deserves. I will always be grateful to my Blue Beetle family, cast and crew. I’m with you. #BlueBeetleBattalion

I’m on the set of ‘Amor da Minha Vida’ filming, I just came here to say that when I saw this video that I posted here in the stories, I didn’t believe it, I thought it wasn’t true. I love you very much. Thank you for everything. I am eternally grateful and question myself every day if I am worthy of so much affection, support, love, thank you.
Bruna is the first Brazilian to be part of a film by dc comics.

strike in hollywood
With the joining of the Hollywood Actors Union (SAG-AFTRA) and the Writers Union (WGA), the siege was closed for the major film producers in the United States.
Hollywood unions demand better working conditions, including fairer pay. Although many scripts are ready, the actors’ stoppage gives strength to the movement, since those who adhered will not participate in new shootings or even interviews or red carpets.
