Defender Murillo praised the behavior of the Corinthians defense in the goalless draw with Bahia last Saturday at the Arena Fonte Nova. The game was valid for the 16th round of the Brazilian championship.

“Although the first game is at home, we will try to get the best possible result to bring to Morumbi and, God willing, we will go out with the table,” he said.
Majestoso is scheduled this Tuesday at 21:30 (Brasilia time) at the Neo Química Arena. Corinthians still have doubts about the situation of midfielder Matías Rojas, who suffered a trauma to his left foot against Bahia, as well as Renato Augusto, who limped off the pitch.
Another concern is flying Gabriel Moscardo, 17 years old. The youngster underwent appendicitis surgery last Thursday, did not play for El Salvador and will be re-evaluated before the Majestoso.
