On August 10, 2022, the upcoming One Piece Red will release an explosive trailer at the cinema that will delight fans!

In two months, fans of the One Piece saga will be able to embark on a cruise on the Thousand Sunny with the Straw Hat crew!

On August 10, One Piece Red will be released in French cinemas, just four days after Japan! Following the release of One Piece Stampede in 2019, this new work will focus on Shank, nicknamed Le Roux.

This character is the captain of the crew of Le Roux and one of the four emperors. He is also a former member of the legendary Pirate Roger, the only group to have successfully conquered the Grand Line.

Although relatively cautious in the anime, he is a pirate who inspired Luffy, the protagonist of a series created by Eichiro Oda.

The story of this new work follows the story of Luffy and his crew. The latter are preparing to attend the long-awaited music festival.

The world’s most popular singer Uta is on stage for the first time. He who is none other than the daughter of the legendary pirate Shank Le Rus, will reveal the special power of his voice that can change the world.

The feature film is written by Tsutomu Kuroiva (One Piece Gold) and directed by the author of the original manga. It is directed by Goro Taniguchi (Code Geass Lelouch of the Resurrection).

With the hit “New Era” interpreted by Japanese singer Ado, these new images promise a conspiracy to explore Luffy’s past. We especially see the franchise hero when he was a kid with Uta. Clearly, the latter will play a major role in the feature film.

First released in 1997, One Piece became the best-selling manga in the world with over 500 million copies sold to date.

After 101 volumes of the manga and over 1000 episodes, the franchise still has a bright future! Following this new animated feature film, we will find One Piece in a live-action adaptation on Netflix.
