Brunetti admits that he gave orders to Florence, but nothing insurmountable. He’s sticking to his guns: He’s not responsible for his co-worker’s death.
Later, Aurora goes to the hospital to question Luke Messas. He does not regret his actions. For him, forcing his wife to overwork, the brunette inflicted a heart attack on himself. Aurora mentions to Mesas that Florence has been medically examined and that everything is fine, but the hostage replies that his wife never complained. Nordin wants to talk to Bruno, but Gilles tells him that he didn’t come to work today. Gilles tries to call Paoletti but gets her voicemail.
Nordin then goes to the spoon to ask Nathan and Julie if they know where their father is. They hadn’t heard from Bruno since the day before. Nordin explains to them that their father was involved in an accident. Nathan believes that Bruno’s alcoholism has hit him again, he is disappointed.

Thanks to Bruno Paoletti’s phone jam, Georges and Nordin find Gilles’ van three kilometers from the scene. The keys are still in the ignition, as if Paolette had to leave the car in a hurry. Trying to imagine what has happened to her, Nordin takes a few steps not far from the van and finally finds Paolette lying in a field, unconscious.

He claims he just wanted to make his friend happy for his birthday, then admits he should have talked to Camille about it sooner. He in turn apologizes for the kidnapping. He admits he’s a little angry at the moment.
At the spoon, an annoyed Nathan tells Charlie that he doesn’t think his gift was appropriate. As for the video, Luna didn’t even mention it, she just smiled. Knowing that she is more attracted to Dorian, Nathan decides to end his affair with Luna. To cheer him up, Charlie offers his best friend to take him out for drinks after his shift.
