the British startup ear has launched a device that promises to monitor all the strange noises that can occur in the home environment in a single interface.
Its developers claim that the device is capable of hearing a variety of sounds, such as the the children crydripping taps, knocking on the door, the dog barksmicrowave whistles and others.
It is the size of a ping-pong ball Earzz smart home monitor it can be placed anywhere in the house and configured via a mobile application. Users have full control over which sounds they want to monitor, customizing the experience to suit their needs.

Claim to have zeal for privacy of its customers, Earzz ensures that the device is focused on interpreting audible anomalies, rather than capturing speech and dialogue. According to the manufacturer, a system based on artificial intelligence (AI) ensures that human conversations are excluded from the monitoring scope.
Earzz also claims that the audio data is deleted after processing and that the systems use a cloud service, which increases information security.
Each device has a range of up to 3 meters ea drums lasting up to eight hours away from the outlet. On its website, the brand says the system can capture up to six sounds simultaneously, and that a single sound detection can integrate notifications with up to six devices, such as cell phones, smartwatches and tablets.
The monitor is available in the UK market now, offering an annual subscription plan for £7.99 ($20), which includes the initial device. Extra Points can be purchased for £79.99. There are no forecasts yet for the product launch in Brazil.
